Zilber family hospice is an extension of Aurora Health at Home, a leading provider of pediatric and adult hospice and home care in Wisconsin. We believe end-of-life care means living your remaining days in peace, dignity and respect in the company of your loved ones. To support that vision, our acute care hospice facility offers:

Care for all ages: We accept people of all ages, from infants to older adults - in fact, we're the first location in greater Milwaukee to offer both pediatric and adult hospice care.

Accommodations: Private rooms include space for overnight guests and feature comfortable furniture, personal bathrooms and patios.

Family-friendly setting: With a children's playroom, family lounge, outdoor spaces and an on-site cafe for freshly-prepared meals, there is a place for everyone to feel comfortable.

Tree of angels memorial services: This annual memorial service honors people who use Zilber Family Hospice, both currently and in the past. We invite families to come back and attend services to remember their loved ones.

Our 18-bed inpatient facility is set on 3 peaceful, park-like acres. Amenities include:

Aurora Zilber family hospice admission

Admission to our inpatient hospice program is based on need and availability. Non-acute care, when space allows, is subject to room-and-board fees, which are the responsibility of the patient and family.
